Unlike other providers, maestroPROJET® offers more freedom when it comes to customization. This makes it possible to be consistent with the image of the client companies.

The name “maestroPROJET®” doesn’t suit you? Collaborate and brainstorm with the people in your different services during this first stage of change, and choose a new name. Afterwards, our team will take the lead to facilitate the assimilation of the solution by the company’s users:

  • creation of a logo subject to validation by the company,
  • management of the domain name,
  • integration of the logo and the solution name into interfaces, editions, etc.

​And since tastes and color preferences are not always the same, companies can integrate their graphic guidelines into maestroPROJET®. As for users, they can easily customize the interface in their individual accounts according to their preferences (photo / avatar, personal information, interests, skills, etc.).​

Finally, be aware that each department of the company can integrate several project management methodologies to provide a quality approach while working. See the question “Which methodologies can be integrated into the solution?”​. 

In order to guarantee project success, no matter how complex the project is, it is essential to put in place an effective system of organization, as well as facilitate communication between the different actors. Depending on the organization and the rights attributed to each actor, once logged in, the latter can use the following profile(s):

  • Administrator: manage the software solution, settings, etc.
  • Project Manager: validate project requests, manage project portfolios and the company’s strategic guidelines, budgets and resources, etc.
  • Project Leader: manage projects and their assigned resources, monitor work progress, etc.
  • Phase leader: manage phases, tasks, etc.
  • Contributor: perform tasks, indicate task progress, report time spent on tasks, etc.
  • Applicant: submit project requests, monitor their arbitration processes and the progress of validated projects.
  • Reader: view available information about company projects that are assigned to this profile for better tracking.

maestroPROJET® provides users with an ecosystem for all activities related to project management and teamwork. This solution embeds multiple security features (messaging, document integration, project and task data management, team absence schedules, directory, etc.). Offering you a secure and reliable workspace is an essential feature of the maestroPROJET® solution at different levels:

  • Data confidentiality
    • The application is accessible in https to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and authenticity of information.
  • Authentication
    • Account blocked after a certain number of unsuccessful attempts
    • Possibility of access restriction by IP address filtering
  • Software protection measures
    • Regular updates of operating systems, environments and security patches.

Payment plans are quarterly, semi-annual or annual by bank transfer, and begin after signing a service contract detailing the company’s needs.

At any time, you can break the contract with a notice period of at least one (1) month for quarterly and semi-annual payments, and three (3) months for annual payments.

The Reader profile allows actors external to the project or the company to consult information made available to them. This access is granted during project creation and can be modified at any time.

Stakeholders with this profile will also be able to view projects assigned to them.
