This document defines the terms and conditions under which, on the one hand, the publisher, hereinafter referred to as the “publisher”, makes available to its users the project management application and related services from that application, and on the other hand, the way in which the user accesses this application and uses its services.

Any connection to the application is subject to compliance with these conditions.

For the user, access to the project management application from the URL assigned to each customer and after entering the connection information, implies the acceptance of all the conditions described below.

Intellectual property

The general structure of this solution, as well as the texts, graphs, images, sounds and videos existing in it, are the property of the publisher. Any representation and / or reproduction and / or partial or total exploitation of the contents and services offered by this solution, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written permission of the publisher is strictly prohibited and could constitute an infringement in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Code of Intellectual Property.

MaestroPROJET is a registered trademark of the publisher. Any representation and / or reproduction and / or partial or total exploitation of this mark, of any nature whatsoever, is totally prohibited.

Access to the solution

Access to services by users is made, for each user, using his username from any computer or laptop, even those not located in the premises of the customer, and in accordance with the procedure communicated to the customer.

The usernames are assigned individually to each user account by the publisher: a provisional password is also communicated by the service provider. It is the responsibility of each user to change their password.

The user will have to make sure to respect the confidentiality of the usernames and passwords by his users. The usernames and passwords can only be used to allow access to the services for users authorized by the publisher, in order to guarantee the security of the customer’s data. The username and password cannot be communicated to third parties and must be changed every three (3) months.

The user is solely responsible for the use and confidentiality of usernames and passwords and must ensure that only authorized persons have access to the services.

He must inform the publisher without delay if he notices a security breach or any data breach related in particular to the voluntary communication or the misuse of usernames and passwords, so that the publisher can immediately take any measure adapted to remedy the security breach.

Modification of the conditions of use

The publisher reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the present conditions of use in order to adapt them to the evolutions of this solution and / or its exploitation.

Rules of Internet use

The user declares to accept the characteristics and limits of the Internet, and in particular recognizes that:

The publisher assumes no responsibility for the services accessible through the Internet and has no control whatsoever over the nature and characteristics of the data that may pass through its host.

The user acknowledges that the data circulating on the Internet can be regulated in terms of use or be protected by a property right.

The user is solely responsible for the use of the data he consults, queries and transfers to the project management application.
